Lincoln Manufacturing, Inc.: Process/Helper

The Process Employee can operate in multiple areas in a safe and efficient manner to produce quality product that contributes to targets profit levels of LMI to include the process areas of: De-burring, Phosphate (Plating), Painting and Die Stamping/Stenciling. The Process Employee once trained may also serve as a Wet Mag Helper.

The Process Employee ensures that all tasks are completed accurately and as scheduled.

The position is hourly and is non-exempt.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Wear proper PPE and safety equipment at all times when operating equipment, using tools and using chemicals.

• Must ensure that all Safety switches on machines and equipment are enabled for the protection of the employee and equipment. If a switch or control mechanism is not operating properly the employee must Notify the Supervisor of any problem (Safety, Quality, Production or Maintenance).

• Produce quality API or Customer Specific products according to guidelines and specifications.

• Inform the Supervisor of any machine or equipment set ups or job changes for inspection and/or verification

• Efficiently and safely meet daily Production Goals.

• Maintain all LMI tooling and equipment in good working condition.

• Verify pallets and products are traceable and identified at all times. This could include working with the Quality Plan/Job Order Traveler, Manila Tags and Green Tags.

• Show up to work on time and for all required shifts.

• Maintain good housekeeping and ensure work stations are clean and organized.
