CNC Machine Operator
Location: Houston, TX 77023
Job Shift: Day/Night Shift 
Job Type: Full Time (hourly)


Lincoln Manufacturing is currently seeking a qualified candidate to fill the position of CNC Machine Operator at our Houston, TX location; to operate CNC machines in a safe, efficient manner that produces a quality product that contributes to targeted profit level of Lincoln Manufacturing, Inc.
This is an hourly position and is non-exempt.

Responsibilities/Duties
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.

• Wear safety equipment at all times during working hours
• Manufacture API products and/or Customer specific
• Be able to perform complex setups on CNC machine tools efficiently without assistance
• Thorough knowledge of machining an assortment of thread profiles
• Experience working with tubulars as raw material is a strong plus
• Must have extensive experience on CNC Lathes to include both short bed and long bed machines
• Experience operating and setting up CNC Mills and multi-spindle/multi-turret machines is a plus
• I.D. Stamp every processed part. (If requested)
• Efficiently meet daily production requirements.
• Inform Quality Inspector of any Machine set ups for a First and/or Last article Inspections
• Maintain all LMI tooling in good working conditions. (Machine, Plug Gauges or other Quality tools)
• Verify received pallets at the work station are identified
• Notify the Supervisor of any problem (Safety, Quality, Production or Maintenance)
• Show up to work on time on a daily basis
• Maintain work station clean and organized
