Lincoln Manufacturing is currently seeking a qualified candidate to fill the position of Yard Forklift Operator at our Magnolia, TX location. The Yard Forklift Operator is accountable for the function, responsibilities, duties, and performance defined on this job description. The Yard Forklift Operators have to operate in a safe, efficient manner that produces a quality product that contributes to the targeted profit level of Lincoln Manufacturing.

Job Responsibilities

• To operate the LMI Class 7 Forklift safely.
• Authority to do basic maintenance on the Forklift. (Lubrication, Tires, Radiator water, Fuel, and DEF)
• The Forklift Operator reports to the Yard Supervisor.
• Authority to keep the Forklift clean and notify the Yard Supervisor when the Forklift is not operating properly.
• Wear safety equipment at all times during working hours.
• Carry Tubulars or Pipes up to 35 48 feet long to feed saws as required.
• Load and unload LMI or suppliers' Trucks.
• Identify, tally, and stack incoming raw material in the yard.
• Stack finished coupling pallets in the warehouse and pull-out loads for shipment.
• Requires strong oral and written communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or comparable experience.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and perform stationary work for the majority of the shift.
• Must obtain valid Forklift Certification.
• Punctual and dependable
• Requires strong oral and written communication skills.
